Kacy Libersat, Orange County


Kacy Libersat is the Director of Test Development and Measurement (TDM) for Orange County Public Schools in Orlando, Florida. TDM leads the development and administration of high-quality K-12 assessments that provide OCPS stakeholders with actionable data to improve student achievement.  Before becoming the director of TDM, Kacy’s main focus was on the development and administration of district assessments using industry-standard processes.

Barrington Maxwell, Orange County
​

Barrington Maxwell is the Senior Manager of Student Assessment for Orange County Public Schools. A former high school Intensive Reading teacher and former school-based test coordinator, he joined the district Student Assessment Team in 2014. This is Barrington’s third year as a FATA member.

Charlene Sozio, Volusia County


Charlene Sozio is the Assessment Specialist for Volusia County Schools in the Research, Evaluation, and Accountability (REA) department.  She has served Volusia County Schools for 31 years, 11 of which were in the classroom as an elementary teacher, 5 as an Academic Coach and Testing Coordinator, and 15 as the district’s Assessment Specialist.  ​

Heather Himes, Polk County


Heather Himes currently serves in the Curriculum Specialist of Testing role for Polk County Public Schools.  Prior to this position, she served as a science teacher, science coach, and high school testing coordinator.

Daphne Csonka Turner, Seminole County
​
Daphne Csonka Turner has served as the Assessment & Accountability Administrator for Seminole County Public Schools for over 14 years, overseeing the administration of district, state, and national assessments. Prior to her role in Seminole County, she spent 7 years as the Supervisor of Test Administration at the Florida Department of Education’s Bureau of K-12 Student Assessment. Daphne is also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, where she served as a Signal Intelligence Analyst.

Paula Wicker, Lake County

​
Paula Wicker is the Administrative Coordinator of Accountability and Assessment for Lake County Schools.  A former teacher, counselor and school test coordinator, she has served in her current department which oversees accountability and state assessments for  the past 19 years. Paula has been a FATA member for 19 years.

Britani Stanley, Okeechobee County 


Britani Stanley is the Director of Accountability and Assessment for Okeechobee County Schools. She has been in education for 13 years. She started as a middle school math teacher, then a district teacher on special assignment, and has been in her current assessment and accountability position since 2018.

Camilla Hudson, Bay County

With 35 years in education and 13 years in her current role, Camilla Hudson serves as Coordinator of Assessment & Accountability for Bay District Schools, supporting data-driven decision making and student achievement across the district. This is Camilla's 13th year as a FATA member. ​

Kris Kolp, Leon County

Kristofer Kolp is the District Testing Coordinator for School Improvement, Accountability & Testing at Leon County Public Schools.  He started out as an OPS Systems Analyst for Testing and Accountability in the mid 90s while still at Florida State University and eventually moved into Technology and Information Services.  He has been involved in Assessment and Accountability for Leon County Schools for 29 years and in his current position since 2019.

Christopher Stefancik, Florida Virtual School
​

Chris Stefancik has over 15 years experience in district accountability, assessment, and teacher evaluation across Volusia and Flagler counties and the Florida Virtual School LEA. He began his career by serving for 8 years as a science teacher in the Volusia County Schools Science Department and at Deland Middle School.

Julie Ennis, Marion County
​

Julie Ennis is a Program Specialist with the Assessment, Accountability, and Research (AAR) Department of Marion County Public Schools in Ocala, Florida. Prior to joining the AAR Team in 2017, Julie taught at the elementary and middle school level and served as a school assessment coordinator. This is Julie’s eighth year as a FATA member and her fifth year on the FATA board.​

Dr. Jennifer Fernandez, ​Miami Dade County
​

​Dr. Jennifer Fernandez is an Executive Director with the Assessment, Research, and Data Analysis (ARDA) Office of Miami-Dade County Public Schools. She has been with ARDA for 5 years. Prior to joining ARDA, Dr. Fernandez was a middle/high school English teacher for 6 years and a School Assessment Coordinator for 3 years​
